All 'Condition determining factors' are covered in this training.
These are: strength, agility, speed, endurance and coordination.
These are also referred to as the basic motor skills.
Monday 19.07-20.00 / 20.15
This training is suitable for everyone, ladies and gentlemen.
By means of differentiation within the different training forms, everyone can perform the exercises at their own level.
The training is aimed at people who want to enjoy sports (always outside) and thus want to boost and/or maintain their overall condition (not just their stamina). It is a very varied training with the principle of 'a pyramid wide base'.
The wider the pyramid, the less likely it will topple over.
'Broad' can mean 'a long training history', but also 'being trained all round' and/or a combination of the two.
Survival runners can fit this training in as a replacement for the 2nd (or 3rd) rope training, so that injuries are less likely to occur.
For runners it is the ideal training to create that broader base and that also has an injury-preventive effect for them.
After the w-up of about 20 minutes, we will work together with all kinds of different training forms. You can see some of them in the videos on this page. So think of walking, kayaking, floor exercises, training forms on the horizontal bar, swimming, climbing and, who knows, cross-country skiing and ice skating if we have a good winter.
Most training sessions will be provided by Raoul Kluivers.
Raoul has a CIOS background, has been training since 1986 and is a certified running, fitness and athletics trainer. In addition, Fitness trainer A and B. Raoul swears by all-round training to stay physically fit.
