Youth training

The junior survival runners (8 years and older) train on Saturday mornings from 10:45 to 12:00. In the months of October to March, the training is one hour and we stop at 11:45. Juniors from 16 years and older, who can independently complete training schedules, can also come in the evenings.

The workouts are very varied.
– Obstacles
- To run
– Kayaking
– Sport climbing
- Swimming

During the winter months (November to March) we have a member stop for juniors. In connection with learning the many techniques, it is better to start in a 'warmer' period.

Every year we organize a club championship for juniors.
