Weight training
We have a weight room at the Voshaar where a personal program can be completed.
In addition, schedules are made for Athletic Skill / Trunk Stability (AV/RS) and our trainers know countless exercise forms and differentiation forms to train with your own body weight.
The so-called 'free dumbbell' occupies an important place in sports-oriented strength training. We make an adapted schedule for every sport or rehabilitation.
