Training times

Training times De Voshaar.
(under supervision)

The start times are fixed. The duration of the training depends on the personal schedules that are used. The total training can therefore be one hour, but also two hours.
Exceptions to this are the Wednesday morning training, endurance training and the junior training on Saturday. These are fixed times.

The lights are on during evening training sessions until 9 p.m. at the latest.

Monday:
19.07 – 19.30 Warm-up followed by independent training Survival run training or a joint fitness training led by Raoul Kluivers. The fitness training will last until 20.00 a.m. to 20.15 p.m.
19.00-20.30 Specialist gait training Team SEC for the medium and long distance under the leadership of Herman IJzerman.

Wednesday: 09.15  -10.30 Women's workout .
19.07 – 21.00* Walk condition strength and survival run training.

Thursday: 19.07 – 21.00* Walk condition strength and survival run training.
Several series of classes are also planned on this evening. Ranging from kayaking to wall climbing or orienteering.

Friday: 19.07-20.00 /20.30 Gait training led by Connor Kluivers

Saturday:
Running training Team SEC on the Lochem mountain
09.30-11.00

junior survival run
Summer (April to September) 10.45 – 12.00
Winter (October to March) 10.45 – 11.45

No training is given on the following days:
– January 1*
– Easter Monday. Running training.
- Royal day*
– Liberation Day (May 5)
- Ascension Day*
– Saturday before Pentecost (juniors)
– 2nd Pentecost day. Running training.
– Fair Monday (before and autumn fair Eibergen). Running training.
– The Thursday after the Midsummer Evening Run (this is at the end of June or the beginning of July)
– Christmas Eve, 1st* and 2nd day of Christmas* (there is no youth training during the Christmas holidays)
- December 31*

*These holidays are considered a 'Sunday'. Free training is then only possible in the morning from 09:00 to 12:30.

During the summer holidays and the Christmas holidays, we use an adjusted schedule for the training sessions. This schedule will be indicated in due course

Free training:
Free training is also possible on (almost) all public holidays indicated above.
Only during the following hours, members are allowed to freely use the training facilities outside. The outdoor lights (and track lighting) are only on during regular training sessions until 9:00 PM. Youth members can only go during the fixed training times. Free training must fit within the subscription.
NB: Training in the dark (from sunset) is not permitted at our location (not even with a headlamp)
