Il s&#039;agit d&#039;un entra\u00eenement tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9 avec le principe d&#039;une &#039;base pyramidale large&#039;.<br \/>Plus la pyramide est large, moins elle risque de basculer.<br \/>\u00ab Large \u00bb peut signifier \u00ab une longue histoire d&#039;entra\u00eenement \u00bb, mais aussi \u00ab \u00eatre entra\u00een\u00e9 tout au long \u00bb et\/ou une combinaison des deux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Les coureurs de survie peuvent int\u00e9grer cet entra\u00eenement en remplacement du 2e (ou 3e) entra\u00eenement \u00e0 la corde, de sorte que les blessures sont moins susceptibles de se produire.<br \/>Pour les coureurs, c&#039;est l&#039;entra\u00eenement id\u00e9al pour cr\u00e9er cette base plus large et qui a \u00e9galement un effet pr\u00e9ventif sur les blessures pour eux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Apr\u00e8s le w-up d&#039;environ 20 minutes, nous travaillerons ensemble avec toutes sortes de formes de formation diff\u00e9rentes. Vous pouvez en voir quelques-uns dans les vid\u00e9os de cette page.
